08 Nights & 09 Days In Kerala :- The trip was excellent. Hotels were class apart. However just a few things you can improve upon. It would be great if you can mention the activities and the approximate rate and timings beforehand of every place of interest since that would give the tourists an idea if they would like to opt for the activity or not. Many times it happened that we have to travel all the way and then drop out of the activity either it was too late or expensive. Other than that trip was excellent and your choice of hotels was great. Also you should stress upon inclusion of dinners at such venues as the food was great and I believe you will have a better say on the pricing of room and all meals vis a vis if we opt to purchase Dinnet separately. The tour arranged by Tour Club International from 27thMay 2015 to 31st May 2015 for me &my; wife had been excellent . The Tamil knowing guide cum driver Mubarak was out standing with his soft driving skills polite behaviour . We enjoyed every pont at Kandy, Bentota,Galle& Colombo for five days and there was no fatigue even though we travelled about 600 Kms We were in in Hotel The Palms ,Moragalla,Beruwala near Bentota just 50 feet away from the seashore on 28th/29th of May 2015 .We were really attracted by the layout of the Hotel, its maintenance and hospitality of the staff members . We had a nice stay and it is really memorable which we will keep in our heart as a memento of our long planned visit to Srilanka ,a beautiful country with courteous &polite; people. Sorry for a late response. Thank you for the wonderful tour you organised for us. It was more than what we expected. Just a little feedback for your future reference with other potential clients.. 1) Cochin We had booked the standard room, and as per Dream's website, it looks big.. but in reality.. its very small.. So maybe next time you could inform/suggest your future clients. 2) Allepy ( house boat - lavender luxury ) Its beautiful.. no problems.. ( since it was A/C, it prevented the mosquitoes :-) ) 3) Thekkady Sarovar Portico.. We had selected the private suite.. and it was the best room in the property.. So we did not have major complaints. And the people were friendly. 4) Munnar Spice Tree.. We chose the Classic Room... And since we had just come from Thekkady, private suite.. it was huge... The classic room felt very small..Its just too small.. I remember we contacted you to change the room, but unfortunately no availability..But the best part.. the property is lovely.. the people are very friendly.. & I would definitely go back there..
